This page is for customers who we have pre arranged a remote support session with iSeek.ie

This will download the TeamViewer support client application. You should let this install on your device. You may be asked if you want to allow this to run, and you should say yes. If asked are you aware this allows remote access to your computer, again confirm yes.

Once the software is installed we should automatically see when it is installed and ready to use. Once it’s ready we will be able to connect and help you with your issue.

1. Click the “Connect Now” button above.
2. The TeamViewer support client application will download.
3. You may be prompted to allow the software to run, click allow.
4. You will then be prompted if you are aware that the software grants remote access to your computer, confirm yes.
